Consumer Interviews - product research

National fieldwork in the UK – high quality face to face interviewing in every UK region. For each survey, interviewers are appointed by regional supervisors then contacted directly from the centre.

PBA conduct 4 main types of survey:-

  • Store interviews – On site interviewing at the request of the store owner.
  • In home interviews – conducted at respondents’ homes.
  • Street interviews – often with large samples
  • Hall Tests (Central Location Tests)
